Responsibilities

• Deliver Parts as per Warehouse Supervisor directions, in a safe & timely manner.
• Process and maintain appropriate paperwork coinciding with delivery transaction.
• Effectively communicate delivery issues to all levels, customers, drivers, and management for resolution.
• Promote a strong relationship between the company & the customer.
• Exercise responsibility for the maintenance of delivery vehicle.
• Meet commitments to customers.
• Participate & contribute to the achievement of team goals.
• Maintain company customer service standards.

Parts Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Deliver Parts as per Warehouse Supervisor directions, in a safe & timely manner
• Process and maintain appropriate paperwork coinciding with delivery transaction
• Effectively communicate delivery issues to all levels, customers, drivers, and management for resolution
• Promote a strong relationship between the company & the customer; must have good interaction with our customers & drivers
• Exercise responsibility for the maintenance of delivery vehicle and maintain insurable driving record
• Meet commitments to customers
• Participate & contribute to the achievement of team goals, as well as other departments within the dealership
• Maintain company customer service standards while exceeding our customers expectations
• Maintain company vehicle; Daily Vehicle inspections (logged and recorded on Vehicle Inspection Sheets)
• Any other duties as delegated by Warehouse Supervisor

Parts Delivery Driver Requirements

• A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
• Licence - DZ
