Applied Industrial Technologies is currently seeking and has an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative at our Saskatoon, SK location.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer product inquiries both in-person (branch) and via phone/email
• Directly engaged in all sales activities
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of the company\'s service offerings
• Inside Sales responsibilities
• Prospecting for new customers and demonstrate product benefits
• Build ongoing relationships with customers
• Providing support to the outside sales force
• Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with 2 or more years of Industrial component sales experience (Bearings, Power Transmission Fluid Power, etc.)
• Self-motivated
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and desire to succeed
• Interest in customer satisfaction and a commitment to provide excellent service
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining professionalism
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capability
• Computer literacy with focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• SAP experience would be an asset
