  • Valid Class 5 drivers license mandatory.

  • Participate in daily release meetings and provide status on parts/sublet issues.
  • Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
  • Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.

CSN Mark Vhas a opportunity for a well-roundedParts Coordinatorto join the team at our location off Clement, Avenue inKelowna, BC. In this role you will help support our automotive parts department. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering exceptional service this position would be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
  • Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
  • Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
  • Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
  • Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
  • Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.
  • Bring parts carts to stalls when needed.
  • Other duties as required by Location Manager
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory
  • Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid Class 5 drivers license mandatory.
