Do you have a passion for vehicles and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry? BMW Sarnia is seeking a Parts Assistant to support our Parts Manager and Service Department. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ambition to grow into a Parts Advisor role.

What You’ll Do :

Inventory Support : Receive, sort, label, and organize incoming parts shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.

Run Parts : Deliver parts efficiently to technicians in the shop to keep repair workflows moving.

Team Support : Assist the Parts Manager with daily operations, including restocking, returns, and order preparation.

Customer Interaction : Support internal staff and occasionally assist retail customers in a professional manner.

Administrative Tasks : Help enter data, track parts, and maintain records using dealership systems.

Career Growth : Receive training and mentorship to develop into a Parts Advisor role over time.

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Interest in the automotive industry and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Previous experience in retail, warehouse, dealership, or service roles is an asset.

Comfortable using computers for basic data entry and inventory tracking.

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong communication skills.

Physically able to lift and move automotive parts up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day.

Able to bend, walk, and move between the parts department and service bays in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

Wage : $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
