Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking Parts Apprentice Technicians responsible for ordering, warehousing, inventory control, price quoting, and sales of parts, while delivering exceptional customer service.

KEY POSITION FUNCTIONS:

  • Process daily orders, handle receiving and shipping duties
  • Answer phone calls promptly to provide sales, price quotes, and information
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers, supporting other dealership departments professionally and efficiently
  • Memorize product codes and warehouse placement
  • Pull and fulfill orders from stock
  • Notify parts administrator of out-of-stock parts or urgent shop materials
  • Manage cores, warranties, and new part returns per department policies, with support from the department manager
  • Participate in training and development programs and attend department meetings
  • Report safety concerns and incidents to your Supervisor/Manager
  • Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Assist in maintaining Elite Support certification, ensure all areas are clean, organized, and safe, and complete 5S audits monthly
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Forklift operation skills are an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible hours to meet department needs
  • Ability to lift approximately 60 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Sales-driven, organized, and self-motivated
