What You Will Be Doing :

  • Assist clients in the parts store
  • Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules
  • Check in customer RVs with inspection sheet, write ROs with customers ensuring all work requested is captured with a customer sign off, and verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
  • Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system
  • Provide Parts or the Auto and RV Techs for ROs
  • Desire and capability to assist happy clients to obtain the right products
  • Ability to perform parts inventory audits
  • Work without constant supervision
  • Follow all Health and Safety guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
