What You'll Be Doing

1. Process part orders efficiently and professionally.
2. List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.
3. Write purchase orders and maintain records and customer files.
4. Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.
5. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
6. Assist with parts catalogues, price schedules, and bulletins.
7. Communicate effectively with Service Technicians and customers regarding services.

What We Are Looking For

1. A passion for Harley’s and accessories.
2. Knowledge and expertise in parts and systems.
3. Customer-centric approach with an outgoing personality.
4. Attention to detail for accuracy in paperwork and reports.

A great attitude is essential. Additionally, we value:

• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing, or Office Management (asset)
• Ability to handle parts & accessories orders from various customers
• Computer literacy
