Leggat Team Honda Milton Powerhouse is looking for a Parts Advisor in the Milton Region! Are you ready for your next career challenge? Apply with the Team Honda Milton Powerhouse today!

The Parts Advisor position requires evenings and weekends on a rotation basis. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of previous parts experience within the automotive industry.

Job Duties:

  1. Assist customers in selecting parts and provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers (retail and shop).
  2. Answer phone calls, provide pricing, and other relevant information.
  3. Take parts orders via telephone, technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.
  4. Receive payments from retail customers.
  5. Handle customer complaints promptly according to dealership guidelines.
  6. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  7. Work evenings and weekends as required.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • At least 2 years of parts experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat, engaging attitude.
  • Strong customer relationship skills, including effective listening and communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical repairs.
  • Basic computer skills.
