NOW HIRING: Parts Advisor / Merchandiser

LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire - Charlottetown, PEI

HOURS: Full Time permanent. Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm and rotating Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.

COMPENSATION: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience) + benefits

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

• Experience with Recreational Products: Not necessary but considered a strong asset.
• Driver’s License: A valid Canadian driver’s license will be required.
• Customer Service: Friendly, helpful, and solution-focused
• Organization: Able to manage stock and maintain displays
• Communication: Comfortable interacting with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
• Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about powersports parts and gear

JOB TASKS:

• Assist customers in selecting and ordering parts for powersports vehicles and equipment.
• Answer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and compatibility.
• Stock shelves, organize retail displays, and maintain inventory.
• Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with service technicians for timely parts delivery.
• Follow up on parts inquiries and special orders.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
• Stay current on product information, promotions, and trends.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Perform other general duties as needed.
