Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of auto parts, with the ability to recommend, quote, and explain them confidently.
- A friendly and helpful attitude that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a dealership's aftermarket parts department is preferred.
- Strong inventory management skills to keep parts organized and accounted for.
- Quick and accurate in ordering the correct parts for our clients.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and a team player who supports a collaborative environment.
