Ens Auto in Saskatoon is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join the Ens Lexus Parts Department. The successful candidate will have automotive parts knowledge, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to look up parts using schematics.

This is a permanent full-time role from Monday to Friday with a pay rate of $18-20 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive parts experience.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Ens Lexus Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have an automotive background and general vehicle information & parts knowledge. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset, contributing to the overall success of the position. We highly value honesty and integrity as essential traits for this role.

This is a Permanent FULL-TIME position from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lookup parts for both customers and staff using schematics.
• Bill parts for shop orders and take cash/card payments from customers.
• Offer appropriate parts to satisfy customer requirements and needs.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings tactfully and promptly, and be genuinely concerned for the customers' problems.
• Putting stock away.
• Answering phones and parts inquiry emails
• Inventory counts & tracking.
• Assist in various parts-department specific activities.

• 1-2 years of automotive parts experience.
