Job Type: Full Time (Tuesday - Saturday)

We have a great opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities at our Crown Honda dealership.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs and assess and advise customers on what parts are needed for their repair and maintenance work.

Responsibilities:

  • Order and complete parts orders and verify orders match shipping documents
  • Interact with retail, wholesale, and internal customers as needed
  • Perform inventory on-hand checks and corrections
  • Assist customers with ordering and selecting parts
  • Fulfill requests of parts from technicians
  • Maintain, clean, organize and safely secure parts and delivery area
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Minimum 2 years experience with automotive parts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Routinely walking, standing, bending for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
