We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our family-owned BMW dealership's team. If you have a passion for premium automotive brands and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, courteous, and professional service by taking and processing parts orders from technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts via telephone, online, and at the counter
  • Assist with parts inquiries, proactively solicit orders, and provide accurate pricing and availability
  • Prepare purchase orders for parts and sublet work from outside vendors, obtaining management approval when required
  • Maintain accurate records of all special-order parts and promptly notify the appropriate team members upon receipt
  • Manage customer back-orders and ensure special-order inventory is stored in a clean and organized manner
  • Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged, stored, and processed in accordance with claims procedures
  • Support regular inventory control processes, including periodic and perpetual counts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Parts Counter experience
  • Ability to work effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred
