Job summary

KPI People is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor in Peterborough to join a premium brand car dealership's Aftersales team. The role involves sourcing and supplying vehicle parts, ensuring excellent customer care, and maintaining the Parts Department efficiently. Candidates should have at least 12 months of motor trade Parts Advisor experience, with knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle systems as a plus. The position offers a basic salary of £28,000 with on-target earnings up to £33,000 and a great benefits package, including 25 days of holiday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months motor trade Parts Advisor experience required.
• Franchised Dealership Experience is preferable.
• Full UK Driving Licence is a plus.

Our client, a premium brand car dealership in Peterborough, has the requirement for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their established Aftersales team.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities

• Efficiently source and supply vehicle parts to the workshop and customers
• Meet agreed departmental targets
• Deliver an excellent standard of customer care
• Deal with customer phone calls and face to face enquires
• Receive deliveries of parts into the business
• Allocate parts accordingly within the storage systems
• Prepare and provide accurate quotations
• Communicate relevant promotional offers
• Ensure that the Parts Department is kept organised, clean and tidy
• Invoice and take payment for parts

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months motor trade Parts Advisor experience

Desirable Requirements

• Franchised Dealership Experience
• Kerridge or Pinnacle systems knowledge
• Full UK Driving Licence
