Responsibilities :

• Help customers choose parts efficiently and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers (retail and shop)
• Provide customers with information about accessory parts and specials
• Take orders for parts via telephone, technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts
• Organize and fulfill orders from stock
• Arrange orders for shipping, delivery, or daily pickup
• Assist in stocking all new parts on shelves and maintaining organized parts inventory

Qualifications :

• Enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastest-growing automotive sales teams in the industry
• Aspiring to grow beyond this position
• Experience with Reynolds / CDK system preferred
• Wholesale experience is an asset
• Good time management skills
• Dealership experience in a parts department is preferred
