Job summary

Jim Thompson Chrysler in Ontario is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. You will assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts, stock and inventory duties, and may include delivery driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Class G driver’s license with clean abstract.

Jim Thompson Chrysler is seeking an individual to join our team as our next Parts advisor. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and execute tasks in the Parts department. Including but not limited to parts delivery, stocking of parts, pulling parts for technicians, taking orders for Customer and wholesale part sales. The job will need a candidate that is open to doing various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and succeed
• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
• Delivery driving

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Valid Class G driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
