PARTS COUNTER CLERK / DELIVERY DRIVER

Jim Thompson Chrysler is seeking individual to join our team as our next Parts Counter Clerk / Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and execute tasks in the Parts department. Including but not limited to : parts delivery, stocking of parts, pulling parts for technicians, taking orders for Customer and wholesale part sales. The job will need a candidate that is open to doing various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate professional behavior and ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and succeed
• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
• Delivery driving

Qualifications :

Exceptional communication skills

Valid Class G driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
