Heres what youll deliver :
Assist service technicians by quickly supplyingcorrect parts needed for vehicle repairs
Support retail customers at the parts counterhelping identify and source appropriate parts and accessories
Use the dealerships electronic parts catalogand inventory system (PBS)
Process parts sales accurately through thedealership management system
Maintain organized stock levels and assist withreceiving labeling and shelving inventory
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to checkavailability and delivery times.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customerinquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the partscounter and storage areas.
Collaborate with service advisors techniciansand senior parts staff to support efficient operations.
Participate in ongoing training to increaseproduct knowledge and efficient dealership processes.
Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed :
Must have a valid G2 or G Ontario DriversLicense and good driving record.
High school diploma
Computer skills - Experience in PBS andmanufacturers online catalogues are assets
Good organizational skills with attention todetail and accuracy
Interest in the automotive industry and desireto grow within a dealership environment
Team player with a positive attitude andwillingness to learn
Ability to lift automotive parts up to 50 lbsand stand for extended periods
Preferred skills (but not mandatory) : Previousexperience in a dealership or automotive parts setting; familiarity with OEMparts and accessories; understanding of vehicle makes models and basicmechanical components.
