Job summary

CRRF in Canada is seeking a Partnerships Manager to design, develop and deliver grant programs, overseeing the full lifecycle from calls for proposals to proposal assessment and grant recommendations.

You will work in a hybrid setting with occasional on-site requirements, coordinate with the finance team on contracts and payments, and promote best practices across the organization to strengthen communities.

Job description

The Partnerships Manager will design, develop and deliver impactful granting programs for CRRF. This role oversees the full grant lifecycle from drafting calls for proposals and receiving and assessing proposals to supporting the decision‑making process for grants. The Partnerships Manager will develop and optimize granting processes, prepare progress and final reports, draft recommendations, ensure compliance with granting regulations, collaborate with the finance team on contracts and payments, and champion best practices by educating staff on granting policies and procedures. Job classification: Unionized

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Ability to travel and attend weekend, early morning and evening meetings as required.

Work location: Hybrid working setting, but may return to on-site as required.

Salary: $81,177-$100,772 per annum. CRRF is a unionized workplace and the position and its salary are subject to a Collective Agreement.

Probation period: 120 working days.
