As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing relationships with ISV and MSP partners to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with Client Success, who will lead partner adoption and education efforts, ensuring partners maximize the value of V2 Cloud’s solutions.

Partner Recruitment:
  • Identify, engage, and recruit ISV & MSP partners aligned with V2 Cloud’s market.
  • Execute outreach campaigns, webinars, and research market trends to target high-potential partners.
  • Build a strong partner value proposition and conduct discovery meetings.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.
Partner Account Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners through tailored growth strategies.
  • Address partner inquiries, escalations, and operational support.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to optimize performance.
  • Assist in go-to-market strategies, training, and sales enablement.
  • Track revenue goals, mitigate churn risks, and enhance engagement.
Collaboration with Client Success & Partner Program Manager:
  • Ensure proper onboarding, education, and ongoing partner support.
  • Align engagement strategies to drive adoption and product utilization.
  • Support co-marketing, enablement sessions, and website enhancements.
Sales & Revenue Optimization:
  • Drive partner-led sales and manage incentive programs.
  • Track key partner metrics (revenue growth, activation, retention).
  • Continuously improve the partner program to enhance competitiveness.
You have:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or business development within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of the ISV and MSP ecosystem, with experience building and managing successful partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partner channels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and client success teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Metabase, or similar).
  • Language: English (Required).
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and a password manager (e.g., 1Password).
