Role Overview: As a Partner Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Orchestry's partnerships and customer base. You will serve as the technical and consultative expert, bridging the gap between our product offerings and the needs of our partners and customers. This role combines technical expertise, customer-centric engagement, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of Orchestry’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling and tailored product demonstrations to partners and customers, showcasing how Orchestry solves their collaboration challenges.
  • Technical Expertise: Engage in in-depth technical discussions to address specific partner and customer needs, ensuring Orchestry is positioned as the solution of choice in the Microsoft productivity space.
  • Partner Enablement: Support partner onboarding, training, and enablement to drive their ability to resell and implement Orchestry’s solutions effectively.
  • Partner and Customer Onboarding: Guide partners and customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless implementation and adoption experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to communicate partner and customer feedback, influencing product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Consulting: Provide consultative support to partners and customers, helping them maximize their use of Microsoft 365 and Orchestry’s platform.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Orchestry as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, contributing to webinars, events, and other marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3 -10 years of consulting or technical sales experience in the Microsoft productivity space (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Proven track record of working with partners, ISVs, or customers in a technical enablement or pre-sales capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, its architecture, and its ecosystem.
  • Ability to perform technical demonstrations and engage in solution-oriented discussions.
  • Familiarity with governance, adoption, and productivity challenges in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
