Role Overview

As our primary marketing partner and operational leader, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of our coworking space. Your marketing expertise will be critical in attracting members, building brand awareness, and establishing our workspace as a premier collaborative environment in Regina.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our workspace in the local market
• Create targeted marketing campaigns to attract diverse professional groups and potential members
• Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels, including :
• Social media marketing
• Content creation and brand storytelling
• Local business networking
• Design and implement lead generation and conversion strategies
• Develop a robust digital presence through website optimization
• Create compelling membership packages
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to continuously refine our approach
• Lead the workspace launch, including space design, amenity planning, and establishing operational systems.
• Create and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
• Manage day-to-day operations, including member relations and event programming
• Build and nurture a thriving community within the workspace
