Job Overview:
The Engagement & Partnerships Lead fosters partner relationships, manages engagement strategies, and drives business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our partners and identify new opportunities to expand our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Engagement & Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Understand partner needs and ensure their satisfaction through regular touchpoints and tailored solutions.
Partnership Development
- Identify and pursue new opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop new proposals, negotiate engagements, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions to partners.
- Drive partner growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute partnership strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on partnership outcomes and ROI.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Share insights and feedback from partners to influence strategic priorities.

Qualifications:
Experience:

- Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships and securing new business.

- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
