Job Overview:

The Engagement & Partnerships Lead fosters partner relationships, manages engagement strategies, and drives business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our partners and identify new opportunities to expand our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Engagement & Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Understand partner needs and ensure their satisfaction through regular touchpoints and tailored solutions.
Partnership Development
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop new proposals, negotiate engagements, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions to partners.
  • Drive partner growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute partnership strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on partnership outcomes and ROI.
