Base pay range

CA$69,500.00/yr - CA$124,200.00/yr

About The Opportunity

As the Partner Communications Enablement Manager at Dayforce, you will play a vital role in shaping how we communicate with our partner ecosystem and internal sales teams to drive partner engagement and revenue. This role focuses on developing and executing communication programs that drive awareness, alignment, and engagement with Dayforce’s partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Partner GTM Enablement, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of communication initiatives that inform, educate, and enable our partners and field teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support the development of compelling content and communication plans that drive clarity, readiness, and performance across the ecosystem.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong writing, communication, and project management skills, ideal for someone who thrives on enabling others through impactful messaging and clear storytelling.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Strategic Communication Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute communication plans that deliver timely relevant, and engaging content to partners and field teams.
    • Craft clear, concise messaging and assets that reinforce Dayforce’s partner value proposition and sales collaboration opportunities.
    • Support the rollout of partner enablement campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall GTM priorities and key milestones.
    • Maintain a regular communication cadence (newsletters, updates, campaigns) to reinforce partner value and internal alignment
    • Drive consistency and clarity across all communication channels and formats.
  • Enablement Content & Messaging
    • Translate product and GTM strategies into digestible, action-oriented communications for partners and field teams.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of partner-facing and internal sales enablement materials, including newsletters, playbooks, webinars, and interactive content.
    • Ensure content reflects consistent messaging, brand tone, and the partner value proposition.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts; Partner Enablement and Operations Teams, product owners, sales, leaders, advisory teams, customer success teams to create and enhance communication materials and resources tailored to increase partner revenue driving behaviors.
    • Represent the Partner GTM Enablement Communications function in cross-functional forums, ensuring messaging alignment, visibility into communications priorities, and adherence to content best practices.
    • Participate in planning sessions to ensure partner communications are factored into go-to-market launches and field readiness efforts.
    • Influence cross-functional teams to promote a partner-centric approach in sales, enablement, and customer success initiatives.
  • Measurement & Feedback
    • Implement reporting and analytics frameworks to track engagement, sentiment, and impact across partner and internal sales audiences.
    • Track and report on communication effectiveness using pre-defined KPIs (e.g., engagement metrics, content usage, open/click rates).
    • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from partners and field teams to inform ongoing improvements.
    • Provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights and feedback.
    • Support the evolution of reporting dashboards or content tracking systems to surface communication performance trends.
Skills & Experience We Value

  • 6-7 years of experience in partner enablement, communications, or sales enablement in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication plans that drive engagement for both partners and internal sales teams.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and impactful presentations.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and internal sales teams, with a strong understanding of partner value propositions and sales collaboration.
  • Familiarity with PRM, sales enablement platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess communication effectiveness, track key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at various levels.
