Conestoga College’s Driftwood Park Child and Youth Development Centre in Kitchener seeks a Part-Time Youth Development Program Educator to deliver quality programs for children aged 0-12 and uphold CCEYA and staff guidelines.
The role is on-site, 24 hours per week, with shifts 7:00–9:00 a.m. and 3:15–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. A two-year diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field, First Aid/CPR, and a Vulnerable Sector Check are required.

We require a qualified Educator to model the philosophy of the Conestoga College Early Learning Programs and maintain professional relationships with children, families, and educators. The Part-Time Youth Development Program Educator implements quality programs for children aged 0-12 years old. They are responsible for upholding the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) and the staff handbook guidelines.
Successful candidates will be required to conduct work on-site at the Driftwood Park Child and Youth Development Centre located at 50 Parkland Crescent in Kitchener. The Youth Development Program Educator will be scheduled to work Monday to Friday, 24 hours per week, which will include split shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
