Rentco Equipment Ltd. is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for over 60 years. We provide construction, oilfield, and homeowner equipment and consumables in the areas.

We are currently looking for a part-time Yard Hand/General Labourer to work out of our Grande Prairie Head Office shop to work the following shifts:

• September to June- Saturdays from 7am to 3pm
• June to September- Monday to Friday from either 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm and a Saturday rotation from 7am to 3pm
  
  

As the Yard Hand/General Labourer, you are responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service by assisting with the loading, testing, demonstrating proper usage, and servicing of a vast equipment line that includes bobcats, loaders, generators, man-lifts, etc
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the yard and equipment
• Notifying Supervisor of any equipment defects
  
  

You have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• General knowledge of construction and oilfield equipment
• Mechanically inclinedis an asset
• Hardworking team player
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work with your hands and lift heavy objects
• Ability to work while wearing PPE required including steel-toed boots and safety glasses
