Job summary

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Part Time Client Care Coordinator to join the Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC) and/or Primary Care Networks (PCN) team in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows. The role provides clinical supervision and supports patient flow in the UPCC/PCN.

Current RN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives is required, with 3 years of acute/urgent care experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• RN with current practicing registration in BC (BCCNM).
• 3 years recent clinical experience in acute/urgent care or related area; 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily intake and patient flow with the clinical team.
• Supervise nursing, allied and support staff; coordinate daily operations.
• Promote inter-professional collaboration and team development.
• Mentor staff and coach to achieve clinical performance goals.
• Support learning needs and education planning for direct care staff.
