Job summary

Cineplex in Moncton is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to help run the theatre with enthusiasm for movies and guest experiences. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage guest satisfaction, and support daily operations to deliver a fun, high-energy moviegoing experience.

The role requires flexible hours, strong customer service, and the ability to handle high-volume periods across departments. You’ll contribute to budget awareness and opportunities to grow within Cineplex.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer options and solutions.
• Proven ability to lead a team during high-volume periods across multiple departments.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of employees and actively support guest satisfaction.
• Manage the guest experience to ensure every guest is satisfied and excited for their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre's budget and growing revenue.
• Forecast and initiate actions/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.
