Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP in Moncton is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to help lead a guest-focused theatre team and deliver a fun, memorable movie night experience. You’ll bring energy, guest service excellence, and a willingness to step in to keep operations smooth.

You’ll assist with supervising staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and supporting budgeting and revenue initiatives while coordinating with multiple departments during peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate options and resolutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high-volume periods in multiple departments.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Flexible schedule to work extended hours as required.

Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
• Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.
