Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Winnipeg is seeking a part-time store associate focused on delivering exceptional customer service and fashion guidance. You will promote the Levi's omni experience, assist with merchandising, and support store operations to ensure a seamless shopping journey.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage with customers, suggest looks based on trends, and help in promotions while maintaining store standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• You model and coach for the best consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Suggest looks aligned with current trends and promotions in Levi's service approach.
• Engage customers to promote the Levi's omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty program; resolve concerns per policy.
• Collaborate with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Process shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Follow store procedures and Levi's policies as directed.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's service approach.
• Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management

Requirements

• Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends
• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks
• You are available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be 16 years old

Employment Details

• LOCATION Winnipeg, MB, Polo Park
• FULL TIME/PART TIME Part time
• Compensation: The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local or provincial requirements or $14.35 - $23.90 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
