THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR

As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience, including coordinating studio operations and maintaining high health and safety standards. Working alongside the Studio Manager, you help achieve company and studio goals. This is a part-time, entry-level position designed to help you learn the business and develop relevant skills.

Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience

  • Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga core values and inspire others
  • Support the Studio Manager in achieving goals related to membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment
  • Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week, including health and safety protocols, front desk guidance, and team support
  • Be flexible with schedule availability within the committed hours
  • Serve as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is unavailable
  • Maintain studio supply inventory, cleanliness, and amenities
  • Engage with the studio community, greet students by name, and foster a welcoming environment
  • Support teachers with POS and pre/post class duties

Coordinate and Execute Health, Safety, and Cleanliness Protocols

  • Uphold high standards for cleanliness and safety, including environment conditions and protocol communication
  • Support communication of health protocols upon entry and throughout the visit
  • Assist in cleaning, stocking amenities, and ensuring cleanliness protocols are followed
  • Coordinate studio team scheduling, onboarding, and training
  • Train new team members on studio protocols and expectations
  • Manage operational systems such as POS, reservation systems, subbing applications, HRIS, and facilities tickets, communicating with the Studio Manager as needed

Teaching Schedule

  • Support the class schedule by teaching at least 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and assisting with subbing classes as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience required
  • Completion of a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified program preferred
  • Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred
  • Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, POS, scheduling, and payroll
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize effectively
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm for new projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • College degree preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Availability must align with business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • If certified to teach, able to step in to teach classes with minimal notice
