Job summary

Giant Tiger in Fonthill, Ontario is seeking a Softgoods Associate (Part-Time) to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep checkout areas stocked and organized. You will handle transactions, replenish merchandise, and ensure pricing and planograms are up to date.

You’ll contribute to a safe, fast-paced store environment while supporting loss prevention and health and safety standards. Flexible hours include days, evenings and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service.
• Accurately record customer transactions at cash registers, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure compliance with tobacco and lottery policies.
• Follow health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Keep checkout work area clean and organized.
• Follow loss prevention best practices.
