Job description

Store - BELLEVILLE, ON

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and assist with enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery, maintenance, and store recovery tasks to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain respectful interactions, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model for team members.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.

Additional Information:

Applicants must meet legal requirements in Canada and be at least 16 years old. Work may include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Some outdoor work and handling of glass or heat press in the Frame shop may be required.
