Job summary

A local bakery in Alberta is seeking a dedicated guest service associate to welcome customers, handle orders, and support food preparation. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations. Job description

• Guest service: Welcome guests, take orders, make recommendations, and handle enquiries (in-person & phone).
• Order prep: Toast pies, assemble salads, and drinks preparation
• Floor support: Run food/drinks, clear & reset tables,
• Cashiering: Operate the POS and assist with payments when required.
• Back-of-house assist: Wash simple dishes and follow opening/closing checklists.
• Standards: Follow hygiene, allergen, and safety procedures; keep work areas clean.
