Commissionaires Nova Scotia (CNS) is seeking a part-time Trainer to deliver engaging instruction to learners across levels. You will support employee development and ensure learners have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities include developing course materials, coordinating online and in-person delivery, and maintaining accurate records. A focus on accessibility, safety, and security is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office and LMS is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, teach and deliver courses for CNS as required.
• Support students in navigating online and in-person course content.
• Review and develop course materials for internal and external audiences.
