Job Description

Under the supervision of the Manager, Security, this position is responsible for the safety and protection of team members, guests, the facility (internal and external), and company assets. It aims to foster a safe and welcoming work environment, ensure adherence to policies, motivate staff, and support learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, document, and report violations, hazards, and suspicious activities.
  • Enforce restricted access and perform identification checks.
  • Escort cash and property, conduct patrols, and assist guests and staff as directed.
  • Build relationships with guests and team members, ensure compliance with laws and safety standards, and perform crowd control and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Valid Smart Serve and First Aid CPR/AED Level C certifications
  • Willingness to recertify Use of Force
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License
