A leading entertainment company in Brantford, ON, is seeking a Security Officer to ensure the safety and protection of guests and team members. Responsibilities include monitoring for unsafe conditions, enforcing access protocols, and conducting facility patrols. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year of security experience, and relevant certifications. This position offers an inclusive workplace culture.
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Security, this position is responsible for the safety and protection of team members, guests, the facility (both internal and external) and the company's assets while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
