An established industry player is seeking a Scenic Specialist II to lead in both warehouse and event settings. The Scenic Specialist II is a senior level position based on proven experience and qualifications. To act as a leader both in the warehouse and on event site. Responsible for the tracking, pulling, preparing and inventorying of all rental scenery within the branch, and effectively setup and dismantle of scenic items on show site. To provide scenic operational support for the branch and provide support to internal and external customers. Reports to Scenic Services Manager.

Work is performed in a shop environment. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in a warehouse environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area. When in the Fabrication Department, work will be completed in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to dirt, sand, dust, and chemicals. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
