Vector Marketing is currently holding virtual interviews for entry-level sales representative positions. Our representatives sell Cutco products through one-on-one appointments that emphasize customer service. Our Cutco products are used in the home, focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools. Experience is not necessary because our training is designed to help people succeed immediately.

We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make extra income around their busy schedule. We are interviewing now for immediate openings.

What We Offer

• Reps are paid weekly - $25.25 base per appointment (not based on sales or results) or commissions based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.
• We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on.
• Reps who work here long-term (even part-time) can pursue several career paths, including management and professional sales.
• We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, while others choose to be very part-time around other commitments such as classes, full-time jobs, internships, vacations, or family commitments.
• Summer work is available for those seeking seasonal employment.
• Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training are held in the office.

Who Would Do Well

People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, cashiering, administrative assistance, reception/office work, landscaping, and various other fields. Some reps haven't had any work experience. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and are willing to work hard and learn new things.
