Decisive Farming by TELUS Agriculture is looking for a dedicated Team Member to join our retail stores. You will help customers with product questions, process transactions, and create a welcoming shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes evenings and weekends as part of a flexible schedule. We offer uncapped commissions, flexible benefits, and growth opportunities within TELUS Agriculture.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with customers.

Total Earnings Range: $17.60 to $43.24 per hour

Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.
