Decisive Farming by TELUS Agriculture is hiring a Team Member for our stores in Eastern Ontario. You’ll be part of a dynamic, customer‑facing team delivering best‑in‑class service in a fast paced environment.

This role involves in‑store, phone and messaging engagement with customers, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. We offer uncapped commission, flexible benefits for both part‑time and full‑time staff, and additional sales incentives such as prizes and trips.

Total Earnings Range: $17.60 to $43.24 per hour

Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.
