Vancouver Honda is currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Switchboard Operator: Answer all incoming calls professionally, politely, and efficiently. Manage high call volume through a multi-line switchboard, provide information, relay messages, and announce visitors.
2. Administration: Assist with overflow tasks including word processing, data entry, and internet research. Handle mailing tasks as required.
3. Filing Clerk: Perform clerical duties such as managing invoices and indexed documents.
4. Front Desk Coordinator: Greet and direct visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers. Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
