Job description

A Sales Lead plays a dual role within the store, acting as both a Bear Builder and a Floor Leader on Duty during designated shifts. Their dedication to delivering exceptional guest service, fostering a positive environment, and driving sales goals will significantly contribute to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities :

  1. Bear Builder Role :
  2. Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests in creating their personalized furry friends, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  3. Actively engage with guests, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for our brand.
  4. Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for guests, fostering positive interactions, and guaranteeing that each guest leaves satisfied with their experience.
  5. Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience for all guests.
  6. Maintain strong team commitment; be dependable, engaged, and helpful.
  7. Floor Leader on Duty Role :
  8. Be a role model to others in providing exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
  9. Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
  10. Model Experience First behaviors.
  11. Work with the management team to address and resolve issues, making effective decisions to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field.
