About The Team

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As a Sales Lead, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to our success in-store.

  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing and delegating effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
  • At least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
