Job summary

Pandora in Canada is seeking a Sales Lead to join our Cookstown Tanger Outlet store. You will immerse yourself in our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance through genuine connections with fans.

We look for at least 2 years in a high‑performance selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to coach and motivate a team. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required, with a base + bonus and 401K benefits.

About the Team

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As a Sales Lead, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the both the Managers and Sales Associates which is instrumental to the delivery of our success in-store.

• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.

$21.50 - $26.90 commensurate with experience
