What You’ll be Doing

1. Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly. Using our company standards as a framework for success, you’ll keep the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.
2. Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Embody our Famous culture by providing stellar customer engagement, leaving customers wowed with top-notch experiences powered by your attentiveness and determination to deliver the styles and brands they crave.
3. Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Bring your best each day; review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals. Communicate clearly and actively listen to ensure understanding among teammates.
4. Act with Integrity: Stick to company policies and procedures, seek feedback for improvement, and act with high standards and professionalism.
5. Bring the Positive Vibes: Embrace diversity and inclusivity, maintain a positive mindset, uplift others, and support training and development when needed.

Essential Functions: Other responsibilities may be performed as needed. Overtime hours may be required.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build effective relationships and communicate positively

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, using proper safety techniques

• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods
