Job description

As a Bailey Nelson Eyewear Stylist, you will play a crucial role in our store teams to deliver the best possible experience to your customers every day. Responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Experience: Provide excellent retail service, assist customers in finding suitable frames, develop optical skills, collaborate with optometrists, educate on product features, ensure positive customer experiences, verify insurance coverage, and maintain accurate customer records.
  2. Store Operations: Open and close the store, manage merchandising and cleanliness, assist with payments, collaborate with the team, and work towards in-store targets.
  3. Clinical Standards: Pre-test patients, promote annual eye exams, support remote testing, and ensure optical equipment is used correctly.
  4. Training & Development: Participate in training programs and complete optical skills courses.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product launches, maintain inventory, and follow merchandising planograms.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience.
  • Strong organization, time management, and computer literacy.
