Job summary

Fjällräven North America in Ottawa, ON is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the sales floor, guide a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with Fjällräven's GUIDE service standards. This part-time role focuses on opening/closing as a trusted keyholder, daily store readiness, inventory control, and a commitment to sustainability and community engagement.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service.
Leadership skills rooted in trust and collaboration.
Proven track record of delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences.
Clear communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and continuous learning.
Familiarity with retail systems (POS) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching teammates to deliver exceptional service.
Open and close the store as a trusted keyholder, manage cash handling and store readiness.
Support daily operations, inventory accuracy, and visual standards.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on respect and learning.
Represent Fjällräven's values in store and community events.
