The Beer Store in Windsor, Ontario is seeking energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Staff at our Windsor location. You’ll join a unionized team dedicated to service excellence and community engagement in a lively retail environment.

You will serve customers, process payments, and follow health and safety procedures. The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of consecutive retail experience.

Responsabilités

The Role

We currently have vacancies for Part-Time Retail Staff for one of our Windsor, Ontario store. We are looking for employees who are energetic, enthusiastic and share our passion and commitment to satisfying our customers.

Location

A Retail Location in Windsor, ON.

What You'll Be Doing

• In this unionized role, you will be required to serve customers daily and process payment transactions
• You are expected to follow all health and safety procedures and must use all PPE provided
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred

Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have minimum 1 year's consecutive retail experience

Skills

• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40lbs (over 18kg) for more then 100 ft (30 metres) for continuous periods of time
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 2 or more hours during a shift
• Able to perform basic computer functions
• Must be available to work weekends

Compensation

Wages starting at $18.30 and subject to wage increases based on hours worked according to the terms outlined in the Collective Agreement.
