Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in North Bay, Canada. You will support retailers by building displays, setting up end caps, and resetting shelves to maximize sales opportunities. You may also record daily results on a mobile device and travel within your local territory as needed.

The role offers flexible scheduling with Monday–Thursday availability, no nights or weekends, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Willing to independently travel locally within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to maximize sales opportunities.
• Reset shelves and move/organize merchandise as needed.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone/tablet.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
